Weather: Hot, 94 but cloudy

Comments:
Good run, I didn't have trouble getting deep breaths, finally. My right knee is pretty sore, need to watch that. I broke run into 3 parts, 4 miles, 3 miles and then 2 miles. Walked each time and drank water from home. Overall, pretty good.
