Weather: Warm and not too sunny

Comments:
A hilly run, into rock creek park.We go down fessenden till linnean, then right into the park on Davenport. Past broad branch and up that hill toward the nature center. left at the top, and then right again to a long winding downhill to the nature center. We missed the turn and went a little longer than expected, about 23 out.
4 hills total.
I felt good, and the pace was good. Not too fast, but we took the hills well. I'm worried about being tired out for the tempo tomorrow, but I think that I'll be fine.
Ran with Darren, Sam, Zeke, Khalil and Tristan.
We did 8 striders -- a ladder -- and strength when we got back
3 sets of crunch progression -- 1 minute each -- with pushups in between sets -- 15 two times.
We had popsicles after, and Sam brought in chocolate almond cookies.
