Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Finally had a good workout, 3x5 1 min surges at quick pace, plus a set of 3. 55 sec rest, 3 mins between sets, 2:30 before last set. No stitch, but stomach did get a little bloated by the end. Rainy and muddy, very fun. Biscuit and sausage with egg and hashbrown breakfast, as well as gluten free cereal. Lunch was just a bowl of soup with half a grilled cheese.
