Comments:
Because of the thunderstorm going on outside, the team did a 30 minute intense conditioning routine indoors, split into two stations, one on the 2nd floor and one on the 3rd floor. Frustrated by my performance in yesterday's workout, I tried to remain focused throughout and get the most out of it. Between the routine and the crunch and pushup progression we did before it, I was sore the next day (which is a good thing).
