first time on running on the cross country trails at davidson and i've never dealt with so many hills in my entire life. ugh, ew. chicago hills are nothing compared to these steep ass hills. anyway, felt pretty eh today. legs were super sore and my right hip was uneasy, also my breathing was just shitty the entire time. oh well ...
