ladder workout, with the fastest group
me, Josh Shelton and Noah were the Gelatos
I felt good during the shorter intervals, but I was lagging in the mile, and was behind Noah by about 10 seconds. But, we were supposed to go at race pace, which I thought I did well.
No soreness, but I did feel it on the jog back.
Solid workout, but my pacing needs work, especially in races and longer distances. I think Ill go to the track some time, and just run mile repeats, trying to keep 6 minute pace throughout.
