Weather: 65 and nice
Comments:
Ran 1.5 miles up to Tridge. Then stretched. Then ran a mile in 5:40 out to Dow and Loons Stadium. 3:00 off then 8 x 1:00 on/1:00 off coming back. Easy last 3/4 mile. Felt pretty good for the most part and ran 1:00 on's around 5:35 pace with 2 around 5:15. great day out!!!
