Pulled a double shift yesterday and get the opening the opening at job #2 today. So, after a short night's sleep and nine hours on my feet I wasn't feeling to good about today's run. I took about an hour to sack out on the couch before hand and made sure to warm up. The results were good. Sub-7 pace and feeling strong.

I need to run a longer course a few more times to get comfortable with the Boilermaker's 15k distance. I think tomorrow I'll try to hit it up.
