Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Today we had no official practice, so I was deciding between cross-training and going on a night run alone, which are always fun and relaxing. Chose the latter, and went out at around 11:00 as a nice break from homework. Did the 5k loop around my house, starting off slowly and picking up the pace near the end. Some joint stiffness, but stretching/icing afterwards did the trick.
