ran on the davidson track again in the dead of the afternoon (around 2ish). omg it was SO hot. like jesus, hotter than ever .... yeah i did like a mileish warmup (a little over), 2x400, then cooldown. i was so tired from this week's workload and i also didn't really hydrate.. and it was flaming hot ...

splits: 10:10 (more than a mile), 1:54 (200 at threshold, 200 at 90%), 2:00 (same thing), 10:04 (more than a mile).
