Cross-training ~ Elliptical

Comments:
I'd been meaning to cross-train sometime for the last two weeks, and thought today would be the best opportunity since the guys team was just doing a recovery run. Did 40 minutes relatively hard on the elliptical, followed by a long stretch afterwards. Added a few extra levels of resistance over what I normally do for a little challenge.
