Metric System Workout

Comments:
Workout today was a 500-1000-2000-1000-500 meter ladder, and I was with the Dippin' Dots (Emily, Sarah, Isabel, Rihanna, Clyde, etc)

Felt much better than the last workout, and I was happy with it. Tried to really push the 2000 and second 1000 which I thought would be the hardest, and luckily still had energy for the final 500. I think target pace for the 2k was supposed to be 7min mile pace, but I recall doing something around 6:40. I don't really remember any of the other times, I should have payed better attention. Overall was happy with the effort and the mindset, which I thought was better than last time.
