Weather: inside weather.

Comments:
treadmilled today at the union center in davidson. felt pretty good. i started off at 10:00 minute pace then after about 5 minutes, dropped to 9:30 pace for 15 minutes, then did 6 minutes at 9:10 pace, then did the last 4 minutes at 9:40 pace. yupyuppp. legs felt awesome and breathing was actually pretty good.

no splits.
