Well I wasn't planning on a run but I realized that I had a spare hour this evening with not much to do and decided to hit it. Cooler and actually great running weather, and my legs ended up not being quite as tired as I thought. Ran for about 36 minutes but I couldn't map the run because I went to Theodore Roosevelt Island and the trails I took don't show up on Google maps. Oh well. Was a faster run for sure, probably went somewhere around 6:40 pace overall. Maybe about 5.4 miles. Legs are feeling fairly fresh as of this posting, about 4 hours after the run. Alrighty gotta go to bed, might do something easy tomorrow.
