Weather: 50 and cool

Comments:
Lifted weights and did core with team. Then ran 2 mile warm up. Then 30:00 fartlek out and back on rail trail. Ran 5 x 4:00 on/2:00 off. Started at about 5:45 pace and worked down to around 5:30 pace the last 2. About 1.5 miles down for 8 on the morning. Did not feel too good in the legs. A bit tired from the continuous 200's I jumped in on on Monday!
