Weather: hot, mid 70s, no wind.
Comments:
ugh, not that great of a run today. decided to do a tempo run around campus and finished off with two laps on the track. my shins were really sore and started to be painful about 10 minutes in. i also had a hard time breathing. ew. and the hills just kicked my ass today. :(
no splits.
extra: none, i've been doing nightly pushups and crunches (4x25 and sometimes 3x30).
