47. EASY RUN.

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: cool, high 60s.

Comments:
ran alone at 9 at night. the weather was great. i was able to wear a long sleeve and shorts :) the run was actually pretty good, legs felt good but my breathing wasn't too great. wasn't too bad either. nice nice weather and i hydrated pretty well. 30 minute run but i felt like i was going at a clipping pace :) after, i went to the fitness center to do a lot of core and arms.

splits: none.

extra: lunge, 5x12 bicep curls @ 10 pounds, 3x10 tricep curls @ 30 pounds, 3x10 pec at 30 pounds, 1x45 crunch, 2x30 crunches, forward plank (1:30), side planks (1:00), supine (00:30), weights 10 pounds (3x10).
