Weather: cool, lovely weather. 70s.

Comments:
nicenice run around the davidson town :) i passed by a graveyard.. creeepy. and the graveyard is right in front of an elementary school. ... wtf! lol! anyway, pretty good run. breathing was a bit heavy but controllable. my shins also felt really tight in the beginning but after stretching them out at a stoplight, i felt better. overall, good run :)

extra: 1x8 30 pound bicep curl, 4x12 10 pound bicep curl, 3x8 30 pound tricep curl, 50 squats, 1x50 crunches - 2x30 crunches, 3x10 10 pound weights, forward plank (1:30) with 10 lifts on each leg, side planks (each side) (00:35) with 8 leg lifts on each, supine plank (00:30) - no lifts.
