Morning run

Comments:
I felt fine today, ran two laps with Rachel and then one lap by myself at the res. I was able to keep pace, or what felt like pace. Looking back at yesterday, I probably ran less than 5 by a little bit because the pace didn't feel the same. I felt good for the 200's. Almost two weeks on iron but I don't feel different. I feel like I am doing worse, but I know all my times/run have been consistent. I think I was expecting a big drop or improvement after taking the iron. My legs feel slightly tight but I have been stretching.
