52. TEMPO RUN.

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: still so hot, high 60s.. sunny.

Comments:
ran alone around the davidson town again. went pretty much the same way when i did the 3 mile but went further down to get 4 miles in. felt pretty good but my breathing was jack shit and i felt really nauseous... i havent eaten yet so that's probably why.. i felt like i was gonna puke. the hills kicked my ass but i kept going so i'm proud of myself :) anyway, came back to the fitness center and did some arms and core.

no splits.

extra: lunge, 1x50 crunches - 2x40 crunches, 4x12 10 pound bicep - 1x8 30 pound bicep, 50 squats, 3x12 30 pound tricep, 3x12 30 pound pecs, forward plank 1:30 with 10 leg lifts on each leg, side plank 1:00 with 8 leg lifts on each, frankenstein/cross-overs for 40 secs.
