Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
We went faster than what we were suppose to on the 3 loops at the res but it didn't feel bad at all. I didn't feel like I was racing, I was surprised since yesterday was such a fast recovery run for me. I feel like my running is getting better but mentally I still feel behind. ( I am not sure if that makes sense) I feel like I am night and day from last year, but I still feel like I am in the same spot. This is week 3 of iron.
