badbad run. my breathing sucked from the start. i had to stop after 10 minutes and finish my run inside.. :( eck. only went 20 minutes because my breathing didn't get better at all... also did some arm/core stuff.

splits: none.

extra: lunge, 65 squats, 5x12 30 pound bicep, 3x8 30 pound tricep - 2x12 25 pound tricep, 2:00 forward plank - 1:15 side planks - 00:45 supine plank, 1x50 crunches - 2x40 crunches, 3x12 30 pound pec (ouch)
