Weather: inside.

Comments:
ran on the treadmill, felt okay. legs felt good, breathing was okay but i was so tired and bored.. i hate running on treadmills but it was too dark outside to run on the path :( bad week, bad week. this run made me feel a little better :)

extra: lunge, 1x50 crunches - 2x40 crunches, 5x8 bicep curls at 25 pounds, 5x10 tricep at 30 pounds, 5x10 pec at 30 pounds, 65 squats, 1:30 forward plank with 10 leg lifts on each, 1:00 side planks with 8 leg lifts on each, 1:00 supine plank with 5 leg lifts on each, glute kick on each leg (10 times) at 62.5 pounds.
