Weather: cool, high 60s, sunny.
Comments:
ran alone on the track before my PE class today. boosting my workouts to 4 times a week. felt pretty good, breathing was a little harsh at some points and by the end, my knees just wouldn't life. eh. oh well. went a pretty quick pace :)
extra: lunge.
