Exercise Type: Run

Started out at about 7.30 pace. Thought that the reason my body only wanted to go that fast was because thats how fast I have gone practically every day this summer. Decided to pick it up. 2-4 were at about 6.30ish pace and coming back around 6.05 pace. Felt really relaxed like I could hold that pace for about 10 miles. Feel really confident about my fitness for the XC season
