felt pretty awesome today. this is one of the best runs i've had in a while. only went 30 minutes but my breathing was amazing. my legs were sore earlier today but while running, i really couldn't feel the soreness. felt good overall :) went on a quick paced run at right before midnight.
extra: lunge, 1x50 crunches - 2x40 crunches, 2:00 forward plank - 1:30 side planks - 1:00 supine, 5x8 25 pound bicep curl, 5x8 30 pound tricep curl, 65 squats.
