Comments:
Went on a ruck with Honeck. Hit the battlefield, a lot on the roads. Some good long hills in there. Didn't eat anything but had endurolytes in my water. First few miles really sucked as they always do but once my calves and shins stopped being on fire I was gravy. Got towards the end and decided to try to break 2:40 for 12 miles so we had a lot of running in that last mile. Ruck weight was 54#
