Got together with Honeck for a lunch workout.
WU: 400m Log Carry (~150#)
Did a bunch of different carries with implements with 5x Muscle-Ups between each
40m Tire Carry
40m Cradle Log Carry
40m Overhead Carry
40m Tire Flips
40m One-Hand overhead log carry (light log)
40m Cradle carry w/ 5x Front Squat
Dip Bar Walks

Then played around with a heavier log and did buddy exercises. Fun time except he got a splinter :/
