one-leg deadlift
one-hand swing
Clean
Press
Front Squat
Snatch
* 10 pushups after completing both arms *
5:00 Abs: 1:00 each exercise:
Leg Raise
Bicycle
Flutter Kick
Russian Twist
Situp with twist
Finish with 10x Windmill each side @ 16kg

3x5 Turkish Get up each arm (16kg, 24kg, 16kg)
