Got to PT early so did a 10 minute warm-up run.
Workout was:
3 Man Teams
P1 does Burpees
P2 does Flutter Kicks
P3 runs (250m)
When P3 finishes run, he becomes P2. P2 becomes P1, P1 becomes P3 and runs. Continue until as a team you complete 150 burpees. Pretty good smoker made up by Joe.
Then we did some Indian runs and planks.
