Comments:
Went to the gym with Austin. Did an hour of things no point in adding. 3 sets of squats, 3 sets of deadlifts, calf raise, dips, tricep pushdowns. Waste of time really. Then we ran!
Legs were a little tired from yesterday but a good run in the park nonetheless.
