Weather: 68 perfect, a little windy

Comments:
9 mi. on dirt track. Ran 8 min. mile,6:50 min, 5:50 min,6:20, 6:40, 6:20, 5:55, 6:50, 9 min recovery mile.
Purpose was to feel various comfortable paces. I felt fine. Hardly breathed. After sub 6 min pace felt a little winded. 6-7 min pace will be easy.
Ate Oatmeal 3 hours before. Testing various foods.
