Strangely enough, we had nothing on the schedule today until 4. After zonking PT, I went back home and slept and then went to the gym at 930 with Austin. Warmed up with some pushups, squats, dips, etc:
20-15-12-10 DB Flat Bench Press
50#-60#-65#-70#
Incline Bench 10x10, increase weight after every 2 sets
95-105-115-125-135
4 sets to failure of dips. Did 30# (19), 20#(17), 10#(15), slick(16)

Flat Bench DB Fly 20-15-12-10
30#-35-35-40

1x40 reps cable crossover @ 50#

4x8 Decline Bench
135, 155, 175, 185

Then played some soccer!
