Kept it at a pace just above comfortable. Happy with my form. Struggled to keep my heart rate down even tho I felt ok. Went over on my right ankle slightly, feels ok again now that I have iced it. Feeling a little stiff now writing this but is good to have gotten my first serious marathon training session
