Comments:
ran 7 miles at the gym on treadmill. Still not feeling very good at all for some reason. Started to cut back on my coke and sweets this week and eat better. Not helping yet. Might have to put this 40 miles a week streak to an end at 18 this week for some rest. FIRST TRACK MEET TODAY FOR THE TEAM!!1
