Comments:
Ran about 2 miles on the treadmill and then stopped and stretched. Then did 6 x 800 with 2:00 rest between. Then 2 miles down.
Felt horrible! Not good at all and struggling and not feeling it right now. Only ran like 2:45-2:55 pace but hurt and need some rest I guess.
