Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Breakfast= slice of bread with chocolate milk
Lunch= peanut butter and jelly sandwich
Dinner= rice and peas, chiken, salmon, salad
Had a bottle of water, and a banana.
Workout was a 40 minute run followed by 4 short sprints. I feel no pains. Going to bead at 12:15.
