Comments:
Speed workout - an impromptu 4x1-mile. Warmed up with a mile on the indoor track and then did the speedwork on the treadmill. Mile intervals with quarter-mile rest jog in between. Very pleased with how this workout went, felt really good, even at the end. Another Gambetta leg circuit afterward...oof are my legs sore.
