Comments:
Only had 4 soldiers for PT so I had to come up with something to suit each of them.
Got in a circle and then each of us would choose an exercise to do and the reps. We each went twice and most of the exercises were core focused.
Then we got with a buddy and did a burpee ladder (1st person does 1x burpee while 2nd person holds a wall sit and then 2nd does 2x burpees while 1st person holds a wall sit up to 10x burpees and back down).
Then we each got in the front leaning rest position and did a pushup ladder up to 15 and back down to 1. I think they enjoyed it :)
After they left I went to the pullup bars and did a few muscle ups and then 10 rounds of death by pullups with some pistols in between each set.
