Ran on indoor track after practice. Ran 2 mile warm up then strides. Then ran 6x800 with 2:30 rest and :45 jog between. Ran

Then ran 10:00 cool down for 7 on the day. Felt ok I guess. Have not been doing workouts consistently and def not track workouts so I will take it. 77-78 400 pace.
