Comments:
I felt good. I wasn't having the greatest starts becuase of a little bit of ice, but I tried keeping with the top group as much as possible. The air was hard to breathe in but I don't think it effected me as much. My hip was bothering me on the warm up and cool down, but not on the actual reps. I went to the trainer but they were no help. like usual. I lifted after.
