Hard 40 minute run

Comments:
Breakfast= tuna sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= nothing
Dinner= banana, potatoes, yam, chicken, and fish
For snacks, I had bread and a sandwich.
After the weight room, my workout was a hard 40 minute run. I felt good during the workout.
Went to bed at 10:00 and woke up at 7:10.
