Comments:
Breakfast= cheese/ chicken sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= rice, currygoat, chicken, 2 bananas
Dinner= rice, currygoat, banana, chicken
Felt good during the 40 minute run.
Went to bed at 11:00 and woke up at 7:00.
