Led the PLT in PT today. Perfect weather!
Warm-up:

Sandbag (55lb) run around Company ~0.1 mile
15 Air Squats
With buddy-
P1 does Burpee Pull-up, P2 does Burpee Pull-up... until you reach 100 reps. Took me and Deleon about 12 minutes.
Bring Sally Up- Air Squats and Push-ups
Finished with the same Sandbag circuit that we started with so a total of one mile of running.
