Comments:
Breakfast= egg sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= nothing
Dinner= rice, chicken, salad, fish
Also had a jelly sandwich and a banana.
Workout felt good, not at all sore. Went to bed at 11:00 and woke up at 7:00.
