Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Breakfast= sandwich with egg and chocolate milk
Lunch= bread with ham, chicken, and pork
Dinner= rice with ham, chicken and pork, and salad
Had 2 bottles of water, a banana, and a nature valley bar.
Felt good during the 37 minute run. No pains and I went at a good pace. Went to bed at 12:00 and woke up at 7:00.
