Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Breakfast= bread with chicken, pork, and ham
Lunch= chicken noodle soup
Dinner= lasagna, chicken, stringbeans, salad, stuffing, and carrots
Also had a bottle of water and a banana.
Had a 25 minute easy run with four 30 meter strides. After that i did static stretching with swings and iron crosses/ scorpions.
