Exercise Type: Run

A pretty quick run through the valley. Out left on the 7 mile loop then instead of back across to the hill on the other side of 90. Added on some through lakewood. Felt really good and was in the low 6's probably dodging back and forth on the mountain bike trails getting a pretty good full body workout. I really like running those trails because you can just zone out and focus on not tripping over something instead of actually thinking about what you are doing
