I ran into Point for this one. I did 2 Mile WU, 20 min tempo and 5 min rest, with 10 min tempo ad a 2 mile CD. I was definitely going 6:30 or faster with these. I felt good, I think the shakeout and sitting around all day really helped. I also did 105lbs for the first set, then 115lbs, 135lbs for the next two. I also did 20lbs for the SA tri press, and 70lbs for the lunges, and 55lbs for the curl. I did 115 for the incline bench, and 55 for the SA lat pull down. and 200 something for the calf raises. It was difficult workout but i felt very good afterwards.
