Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Breakfast= ham sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= banana and a bottle of water
Dinner= rice, fish, banana, and broccoli
Also had a chicken sandwich.
Had a steady 50 minute run. Felt no pains. After the run I did the leg workouts.
Went to bed at 11 and woke up at 6:30.
